Participates in follow-up investigations and provides forensic analysis of evidence pertaining to guest disputes concerning gaming (both class II and class III).Monitors and ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as they apply to gaming investigations and customer gaming disputes.Ensures compliance with all regulations pertaining to the transportation of gaming devices to and from the gaming facility.Maintains control of access to critical programmed storage media and system software as required by all applicable laws and regulations.Maintains oversight of slot department personnel while accessing critical programmed storage media, ensuring compliance with gaming device minimum internal control standards for Class II and Class III gaming equipment.Conducts audits pertaining to Gaming Devices and associated equipment.Ensures that all Gaming devices and associated equipment conform to Gaming Commission approved Gaming Device technical standards.
